Another quick question: about a part and warranty stuff

Hey everyone, I fixed those blinkers with your help. I have one more question since I'm new to these Buells. The one I bought from the original owner is a 2009 and has a jardine slip on on it. With the pipe on already, he gave me a little plug in thing that is a triangle in shape and has a negative wire for the battery. What is this thing? Is it from Jardine? I looked on their site and couldn't find it. Also, this bike is supposed to have a 24 month warranty. Do you guys know if it's transferable? Is there anything that would void this warranty in terms of mods/service visits? Thanks.

Sweet, that answers my warranty question about the pipe hopefully. I think the guy did it himself...and the bike has 1,900 miles so I'll see if I can get lucky with the warranty.

Do you have a picture of the "plug in thing"? That will make it easier for us to figure out what you are looking at.
