Apple just released the new iPad which has a ton of new features, but the best part of it is the new Apple A5 processor which is a dual core 1Ghz which means that the new iPhone 5 will most likely have it as well. Take that android

New Apple product! What a surprise another new variation, they know how to get the most out of their cult followers lol. I like android much better, open interface tons of customization options. I like that they don't restrict the capabilites of a product or the system. Apple won't even allow flash while ebay companies are porting the android gingerbread operating system on to b&n nook.

I love my Iphone but open interface is a must I won't be buying another till they do open the limitations, it's like a little child who just doesn't want to share his or her toys with others!

Jailbreak it! I have jailbroken all of mine, I can do anything and everything with mine. Apple restricts it just like they originally did with their computers so that it is a stable environment. I'm not a fan boy by any means but I did work there, I just love my iPhone. Plus when there are 20 new phones a year from one company for the android it gets confusing and I lose interest. I mean damn, I get the phone and 3 weeks later they have the super XT double fast amazing driod. haha, I don't care for that.

I love my MacBook and my iPhone. I hate it!
I'm always looking to escape Jobs' clutches but apple products do work best (for me, anyway). I've tried android but 10 mins in I started to feel old (work you damn thing!). I'm keeping a sharp eye on windows phone. Doubt I could go bact to windows computers though...

Not an Apple fan at all here. From their computers to the phones. The only Apple product I like is the old Ipod Classic I bought my son.He has had a few years with no problems as compared to the 4 mp3 players from different manufactures he broke in less than 2 years.I may one day upgrade to a Iphone when Apple lets the end user do more with it without jailbreaking it or having to buy apps from them.To the Apple computer fans out there. They are great computers but with limits.Where PC's are limitless to upgrades and software.

Kyle, I was given an iPhone 3g and used it for a short time before att decided I needed the data plan and put it on the phone without my knowledge. What are the pros and cons with jailbreaking and how is it done?

I have an iPhone, actually owned a few. Good with the bad.

The GREAT: Very few bugs, very VERY reliable and VERY safe from infections, viruses and worry free when using it from identity and personal information theft and spyware. MOST APPS ARE FREE even if you have to use iTunes.

The bad: Has some limitations. BUT.... you can jailbreak it and it will do damn near ANYTHING a Droid can.

Did you guys just see where Google/Droid phones were just hit with information stealing viruses??

Soon all your Droid phones will have to have Anti-Virus applications sucking up precious processor speeds. It'll turn into the same old PC nightmare of buggy code/apps and constant updating **** to avoid hackers.

At least apple products are free from this crap. Yes, there is a Big Brother over seeing all the apps and it does limit some things. But its SAFE and trouble free. If you want all the ability of a Droid, then Jailbreak it.

Jailbreaking is extremely simple, the only con to jailbreaking is that if you update with iTunes it will unjailbreak it but you can then rejailbreak. Jailbreaking let's you add different themes, my dock has unlimited icons that scroll, I've got vertical and horizontal scrolling, I can put folders in folders, unlimited icons in folders, 5 icons on ech row and dock and task switcher. My iPhone is a mobile hotspot, I can download email attachments, download YouTube videos, download anything thru safari. There are unlimited possibilities

I would find it hard to use a iPhone without a data plan.

But I am a big fan of apple. Their products have good resale and ease of use. I have a MacBook pro and two iPhones. I have tried android and found it too hard to do simple tasks. There is a reason iPhone is number one and now verizon customers are switching. As for the computer I will never switch to a full windows system. My MacBook runs just like the day I bought it and doesn't get the slow down from crap like a windows system.
