Hey guys! Relatively new Buell owner here and wondering if anyone is in the Tucson, AZ area with experience with ECMSpy/TPS resetting. Bike has been running a bit odd since my battery died about a month ago and sat for about 4 days until it was replaced. I don't know if that affects the settings, but ever since then, it doesn't have the same "oomph" with accelerating that it did, and I don't know if I'm going crazy or not, but it seems like the fuel pump is maybe more noisy/vibratey than normal. My fear is that it is running a bit lean.
I have the EBR exhaust, so it has always sounded like a mean spitting backfiring beast, but am wondering if someone with more experience can either assist with a reset or guide me through the process, as I have NEVER done anything like that before and REALLY don't want to mess anything up. It starts instantly with no throttle, never dies, has no idling issues. Just a weird acceleration feeling and possible fuel pump noise.
