and no photoshop :)

How do those Mt bikes perform? Seen one while I was out riding the trails once and took a triple look.... :D

one of my clients has one these 'lefties', he uses it mainly for XC riding or all mountain, does some stunts like skinny ladder, gap jumps, def not for hardcore DH tho...
plus it looks like he has clip on pedals and they do take some getting used too, I have friends who race DH with them (my wife is training for a triathalon and she is having to get used to them on a roadbike)

Wow, the custom Buell has DUAL front rotors! talk about braking, that thing must have some serious stopping power.

The swingarm looks to be a modified stock unit. I wonder if/how they tested the strength and stiffness after fabrication.

Yeah you are right, you can still see the oil tank in the front portion of the swingarm...

Dual ZTL :D

While not a Buell...I put a Honda VFR swingarm on my 90, Yamaha FZR1000 a few years back. Put almost 90,000 miles on it that way. Then sold the swing arm and parts to a guy in England..!
That swap wasn't that difficult.

The single sided arm on a Buell would take some work because of the tension on the belt.
If you were to swap to a chain drive, the Buell too would be just carefull measuring and make the required spacers, swing arm pivot, brake lines, etc. to fit the Buell swing arm-motor mount.

HA......NOW the above picture shows up...!
That was done very simply. Looks good.

On the Cannondales...I have a Prophet with the Lefty fork and I love it. I has a strange feel to it the first few rides, but it is actually quite rigid in terms of flex. The single fork setup is also considerable lighter than an equivalent standard fork.

I ride mostly XC and like Buddha mentioned, I don't think that they are intended for serious DH.

TJBurly - I also ride XC, everything OK, but true that the first impression of one fork is weird but it works great.

It is beautifully made with, very nice building Buell. Wheels are some of Ducati? Very interestingly sought for the rear brake works great :)

My size 12 foot would likely mess with the caliper :(

So who is going to mass produce those swing arms? I would like one. Try to keep it under $200. PM me when ready, k? thanks.

Nice, I think I prefer the buell-cati over the lazareth, though that's a sweet custom also...

Macbuell - yeah yeah big foot it would probably be a problem :).
Otherwise be difficult to stop chain brake and he stopped with a rosette around ..... But otherwise all is beautifully produced.

I wonder who made this?

Theres alot of fabrication talent on this board...somebody build a kit and sell it! I would buy one in a heart beat! Wouldnt mind shelling out a decent penny for one either ;)
