Im looking at getting some clip ons for my xb12ss and from my research it seems that other than spacers for the front modules everything just bolts up. These are only $60 what do y'all think?http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=181688563899

Thanks herobolt. Did you get the one inch rise bars or the straight? Also did you have any problems with the brake line during the install?

No risers. Straight to the forks. I didn't have any issues with the brake lines. There was enough room for the controls on mine. Make sure if you eBay them, you get a US supplier with good feedback and return policy. Outside the country, there are a lot of counterfeit clip-ons.

I have a pair that look like that with the one inch rise. They came with the vortex clipons and the ebr triple tree I bought from a badweb member. I used them for a little bit and then switched to the vortex for track days. The ones I have work fine, no complaints. The seller said he purchased them on ebay.

followed the link, "Bar Length: 29.5cm " 29.5cm=11.61 inches. Measure your current stackup bar-end to inside plane of the control housing. Will it fit + 0.25-.5" ? Just a little extra room to position things correctly for your hands (not your dumbass big brother with bear paws, ask me how that went sometime). Ask if you have questions.....Oh yeah, under the triple tree.....:D

Thanks brotha. I was more worried I'd have too much slack on my brake line and throttle cables. I read someone had to get firebolt brake line and throttle cables to make it work and then I read some people didn't have to.
