Here is some pic's of my bike with a 200/50/17 on the rear. I think it looks awesome like this and I feel the bike handles a lot better, more stable in a straight line and amazing in the corners. I wish I would have done this at my last tire change.

So what do you guys think of the look I know it's not for everyone but in the wise words of Sir Mix-A-Lot, "I like big butts and I can not lie".

looks great man. I like big butts too!!! Is that a DIY fender elim.? looks clean

how did you fit that bad boy on there? I thought you could only fit it on there with a chain conversion but I see you don't have a chain so how does that fit on there??? looks sweet though

your rear wheel is out center?

What do you mean LeFox? And how can you tell?

It fits right on. I just had to lose my chain-guard.

Yeah I think its the 210 that needs the chain conversion. You say it actually feels better in corners? That's odd but cool I guess.

oh ok I thought the 190 was the max you could put on. I have never seen a 200 on an buell before and that does look sweet. although i love big tires I think I will save the big tires for a chopper unless I got to try a buell with a 200 on it then I might be persuaded to get one.

Is the max a 210 you can fit with a chain or can you go bigger with out any modifications?

It feels a lot better. The steeper drop-in makes the bike lay down with way less effort and the bigger contact patch provides a lot more grip. I was skeptical before riding it but I,m sold on the wider rear. I probably would of only went 190 but I got the rear tire new for free from a friend so I decided to give it a try.

Wow you can't beat a free new tire.

I think the widest is 210 before you start to need a wider wheel. There is a company that makes a kit that widens your stock wheel and it includes a wider swing arm. I don't remember how wide it was, but it was insane.

I think bigger tires look better, but smaller ones handle better imo. take another pic when those chicken strips are offa there.:D

I was waiting for someone to dis the strips. Yeah the chicken strips are a definite draw-back with the wider tire. I took it up to some twistys the other day and laid it way down in turns but that last inch is hard to get to on these fat-boys. I'm taking it up to some better roads this week on a mission to get rid of those damn strips.[mad]:D

Hey shilohsk8, nice looking tire. Just curious what rider and passenger pegs those are? the ones from asb? Thanks.

I plan for the same in the spring when I pull my bike out, good to know it will work no problem.
