I have looked and asked, but was not able to locate a provider.

There may be one, but I had no luck.

ok Thx again point_doc after my drummer it will be the next mod I think since I rarely use top speed anyway

Point Doc, I forgot to ask where you got the aluminum sprocket from. Also, I have an XB9 not an XB12 so is there an alternative sprocket for me with a lower tooth count?

Sidenote: Did any of you realize that the primary chain is a glorified bicycle chain? You can get a Chain replacement kit, it comes with a tool for taking out links and adding them. Simple stuff really. Instead of buying a new chain you can just shorten the one you have, or buy a new one and shorten them both so you have a spare just in case Murphy's Law attacks. Any comments/criticisms for that idea?

Oh ok, I remember that now, can't wait for it to come out. Anyone have an opinion on my view of the primary chain shortening?

I am resurrecting this thread.

Just as before, is there anything that anyone would like to add in regards to increasing torque for our bikes, or reducing rotating mass within the drivetrain assembly?

could do some light headwork through nrhs, and bolt in cams, reasonably priced, get some torque that way without going to bigger pistons, cylinders, and case boring. be around 800
