Bicycles........ leg power type

no offense but unicycles look like the dumbest things to me

To each his own. I really have fun on mine. It's a challenge, and not many people can ride them. Once I iron out some kinks I'm going to try doing trail riding on my unicycle with a nobby tire.

I can make it from the side walk of my drive way across the street on mine... Haven't put too much effort into it because its been so freeking hot out but I think a few more hours and I should have it mastered!! Let me know when your going out on the trail with yours... I would like to see that and maybe give it a go.

Here is some of the trach I hope to be able to do in the not so need future[smirk][up]

Roadbike - Specialized Allez Elite (2008) - don't ride as much as I should.
MTB - Gary Fisher Marlin (1997) - still going strong - try and ride 3x/week. I'm ready to upgrade to a Specialized Rockhopper Comp Disc. I ride single track so I prefer a hardtail.

No pics of either.

nice videos extreme. i havent seen that second one before. if you want to be able to ride that good you will probably need to give up all your other hobbies. unless your naturally awesome but if your like me its gonna take a lot of hours of riding.

Here are a few shots I got today while I had my GoPro taking some shots.

Didnt do to bad for having never dropped into a pool, half-pipe, or quarter-pipe. Didnt fall just had the chain snap at one point, must have been old, luckily there is a bike shop only a few blocks away so I just stopped in grabbed a new chain and was off again.

Oh had my gear on too, just got my elbow guards this afternoon when I got home, but I also had a back protector under the shirt. Love how the kids think wearing gear is old, lame, or funny. They will get it sooner or later.

Yeah the pics don't do it justice. I am going to have Buellchick video me attempting to use each obstacle within a minute or so. Should be fun and a challenge at the same time. Also it will allow for a view of the whole skate park, it isn't anything super sweet but it is nice.

the park by my house has the entire surface painted. i cant get much traction. why would they paint it??

Looks??? you also have to figure most of these parks have been drawn up by individuals who know what needs to be where BUT in the end the city is who executes the build of the park. So you might have some city official who knows nothing along with the city workers who are building it, thinking they have a great idea to make it look better, doing more harm than good.

Here is the longer version, has a couple other clips in it:D

I still need to work on my bunny hops, the first one is flawless, but the second I start late and luckily the side of the rail is slanted otherwise I would have biffed it.

Here is mine and Victoria's. We just ride paved trails around Omaha/Bellevue so we just got some beginner model Trek hardtails. We are very pleased with them. We got them on sale at the end of summer last year.

Mine: Trek 3700 (aluminum frame)

Victoria's: Trek 820 (Steel frame) I was originally going to get this one but she liked the blue a lot. I let her get that one and I got the 3700 a couple models up from it.

Well did a little upgrading, Halo wheels and tires, new seat, chain, aluminum bashguard (chainring guard), grips, and axles.

Looking into a new fork next, most likely a White Marzocchi Bomber 100mm (below).

Future Forks, $225, not diggin the price, but I know they are good forks.

Here is mine. I am not into competing or anything. This bike is for fitness only. It is a Trek PDX. Since this picture I've added a carbon fiber flat bar, stem, and seat post.
