Das, I might be able to tell the tread on the print, but no one really hangs out by my apt. Its by a busy road kinda, but it my area doesn't see much foot traffic.

my bike was not kicked over today but what was told to me today had me almost as mad. I am working part time for a friend of mine who owns an adult novelty/"tobacco" pipe store. A guy comes in and tells me how awesome my bike would be if I put it in a hard tail...He claimed it would be faster and look cooler. It took every thing in me to not reach across this counter and whop his ass over that crap. Instead I told him his bike would be faster and cooler if he put his engine in a sport bike frame and told him to never even look in my bikes direction.

I can see a car/truck backing up in the parking lot and knocking your bike over. Probably had too much to drink. A responsible person would have at least left a note with contact info.

I like that your humor is still intact about it. Just your general outlook on it bodes well for you. I had someone do a bunch of petty things to my VW Bug one night. I had just got it running right and decided to go have a few beers with my brother near NC State campus. Came out after we had our beverages and stried to start the car and it wouldn't turn over. They stole my VW emblem, spit on the windshield, stole a wiper blade and tore all of the sparkplug wires off the distributor. And I mean ripped them off, not just popped them off, so I had to buy a new set of wires. To this day, if I ever hear anyone bragging about that to a friend (or I hope I over hear), they would have a fight on their hands! Oh, it was the weekend before the classes started for fall, so I imagine it was some fresh young punks right outta high school.
