BILT Motorcycle Gear - Anyone know anything about this brand?

Stopped by my local store the other night for their "Bike Night" and won a drawing for any Bilt or Sedici glove. I picked the Sedici Ricci Leather Motorcycle Gloves.
These fit and look nice. Hard knuckle protector. Easy to close velcro gauntlet cuff. So far, so good.

Gloves look good. Most of the Sedici gear they had looked to be pretty nice stuff.
