blast power problem

I have a 2004 burll blast i bought first thing i did was to replace the boot because it was cracked, as soon as i did that i can not keep up and speed and its very sluggish i replaced the jets in the carb and cleaned and checked it all out, it has the jardine exhaust. It acts like the it has too much gas not enough air i have drilled out the air/fuel mixture and adjusted but still no luck any help out there. Thanks

What size jets are you using? 145/75 is recommended for your setup.

You have your 4 and 7 backwards. 175/45
