Blowing Rear 1125 Manifold Gaskit?

Hi fellow Buellers. I have what i think is a blown rear manifold gaskit and i am asking that millian dollar question in how i did it? Has any one had similer probs with gaskit or rear header pipe as it it a pain to fix and i dont want to do it again?

16k miles, multiple exhaust swaps (50+) and never had a problem with the header gaskets. I yank on them, bend them, even hammered on the collector some, no leaks anywhere.
