All aluminum construction.

Welded front cap, bolt on rear cap.

Steel or stainless steel inlet/outlets available.

Muffler shown has ceramic VHT 1000* paint on the inlet and outlet, aluminum can is clear coated.

Available in ANY 1000* capable paint that you want.

Customer can pick what kind of exhaust tip they want or stay with the straight cut tip that comes in the ''base'' model.

It is a flow through design, 1000* capable fiberglass packing, expansion chamber with a tune-able cone for +/- back pressure.

In the video the muffler is pretty packed with fiberglass packing and the sound is comparable to stock at idle (you can hear us talking about being able to have a conversation next to the bike without yelling) then obviously the more you get on it, the louder it gets.

Put less packing in it, and the louder it will be.

I've got what I need, but I'm curious to know if the chin fairing can still be attached?
Do you make brackets for such?

Good to know , I've got a GB and would gladly purchase said brackets.:)
I'm out of town right now, but can follow thru next week.

My mounts would be welded to the can like the stock can, but I can build you whatever you need.

What is a GB exhaust anyways?

An exhaust built by George Balias.

It's a magnaflow shell that's been modified. He tig welds everything and hand-builds the pipe bends to mate header with exhaust. I've been really happy with mine.

Nice work bajabomber
,not meaning to highjack, but I am looking for a bracket now for the chin fairing .I'll hit you up if my search doesn't turn anything up.

Haven't had it on a scale yet but I'd estimate 4-7 lbs. It's all aluminum besides the steel tube running through the middle, but half that tube is perforated.

Very nice work.

You going to be making your equal length headers available too????

:D

After a few rides, the bike has noticeably more torque and wheelies a LOT easier when I'm not planning it too, I'm talking lifting the front end even in third without pulling up, does it itself now compared to stock.

So the headers and exhaust can WORK! And this isn't even with a tuned ecm.
