bondo vs jb weld?

small dent in frame, and i wanna put frame pucks over it. thought i should put some bondo or JB weld in there before. will bondo shake out? is jb weld paintable/ sandable?

I would recommend using fiberglass reinforced bondo. You can machine and paint JB weld, but its probably going to be an absolute bitch to shape and sand.

Why not just put the pucks on as long as they cover the entire dent? You may end up dropping the bike in the exact same spot and shove the Bondo AND the Dent in even further. Just my 2 cents.

the pucks prob wont have enough to hold onto, thats the only reason im goin this route
