Brown Country, Indiana Ride

I'm going to do my best to be there. I am about 10 minutes from noone also. I vote for meeting in Franklin, Trafalgar, or Taylorsville (Exit 76 on I-65). As far as roads, I vote the "3 40's"...44, 45, 46! Those have some great corners, especially 44 between Trafalgar and Martinsville and 45 between Gnaw Bone and Btown!

I would say Bloomington but that's obviously a one man bias.
If you guys met up on the South side of Indy and headed down through Franklin or Trafalgar I could ride up there and meet up somewhere along that way.
Don't know about Saturdays but last time I was on 135 headed into Nashville, the patrols were out.

Got to get in touch with you guys off forums, but I don't have the kakoa talk.
Have to call noone1569.

Man last time I went up that way from here it was more or less a four trip one way. Add four more roughly on the return trip and at least a couple of hours for the 'ride' and man that is some serious riding.

Anybody have hotel/motel points to give up?

Just an idea......likely too over the top.

Who knows maybe next year......bass stocked ponds, hot tubs, grills.......sounds like full potential for Buelligan party.
These are just over in Monroe county from the Brown county line on a killer stretch of highway, I have been frequently riding.......surprised as hell when found where these were.

That place looks pretty nice!
Someone name a place and time please. I would like to meet up earlier and put some miles in and drive back without going in the dark the whole way. Sometime around 9 or 10 would be good if not earlier.

......waiting to hear back from a couple guys here......sent them pm's to get in on their Kakaotalk group but haven't got that up and running yet so all I can say is that weather permitting I'm all in favor of ridiing.

I tell you, if you come down and choose to do so along highway 37 a fun diversion along the way is through Morgan Monroe State Forest.
I have ridden this several times this summer.....posted 30 mph......hit up to 60 in places.....great twistys and newly paved, butter smooth pavement.

Btown, hit up noone1569. He will get you onto the Kakao. I'm on there, but not well acquainted with it. As with you, I'm up for the ride if there are enough people. That is a long bunch of riding solo or with very few.

Crimson, I think I PM'd you my phone #, Btown, I'll send it to you, also

Jonny5z in! I think one of my other buddies is in, too! How early can everyone meet? I'm thinking we want to be riding by noon at the latest.
