My 7.5amp ignition fuse keeps blowing.I tracked as many wires as i could, and didn't see any exposed wires. What could cause this.

hmm,i'll give it another shot, its not inside the start button housing thats for sure,i will give the key junction a look/test. thanks.

it wasn't an exposed or damaged wire. the actual bottom
of the fuse box had a hole due to corrosion, that was causing it to blow.
replaced the box casing, we are good to go. pain to find,
but easy solution.

blowing fuses again! now its both the key switch, and the ignition fuse.I don't live in austin, but on the outskirts, and i don't have a truck to haul it around, kinda sucks to have an issue.Even though the buell dealer is like 7 miles away,it's still 7 miles of hoping,or walking the bike there.Ugh! Looked at all the wires again, can't find a bare one anywhere.

If the fuses and fuse box is good and the relay is good, then it is a wire - do continuity tests to find out which wire or switch it is. you can use the wire chart in the back of the manual.
