Buell cutting out

This happened twice while I was riding at about 30-40, my bike cut out for only a second and then turned back on, while it cut out the red engine light turned on for only a second and the gauges "reloaded" (like they do when you turn the ignition on). Has anyone had this happen to them, what's wrong , and do I need to worry about it?

I did, it was positive battery terminal connection. Before I go anywhere now i check their tightness.

Thank you, the terminals were really loose and it shouldn't cut out anymore!
