Buell Firebolt Running Out of One Cylinder?

I was installing LED turn signals on my 09 Buell Firebolt when I had a fuse blow for the lights. It was late and I wanted to finish the job and check my work so I switched the fuel pump fuse for my lights fuse. After checking that the lights worked I forgot to return a fuse to my fuel pump. I started my bike and now it doesn't want to stay running. Even after I replaced the pump fuse. It sounds like it's only running out of one cylinder and wants to bog out and die. Any ideas?[confused]

Possibly fouled one of the plugs. Check them both and replace if needed.

Had my bike run hot once and do the same thing only ran on one cylinder, gave it some time, disconnected the battery for 10min and started it back up and all was well....... Give it a shot?

Is there a tutorial on spark plug removal? I only found this

yeah thats what ya get. it is pretty straight forward back cylinder is just a bit tight.
