The Street Flame-
I'm sure there must be some of you that have em.
How do you like them? How are they as far as size goes- do they run big or small?
Also who makes (made) them for Harley/Buell?

if you're talking about this helmet....

then I have two of them...

they run a little bit on the small side.... (I wear a size medium in every helmet I've ever owned and my medium model of this helmet is tighter than any helmet I've worn... Don't get me wrong.. I like it and use it all the time now.... it just took a little getting used to.

They were made for Buell by KBC... you can get liners, and visors from KBC for the Magnum model and you'll be gtg...

here's the thread I posted after doing tons of research on this very helmet...

Wow rndrkeagle Thanks- +1 rep pts.for such a detailed write up.[up]

So whats a "good deal" price on a new one these days?

now that one's a toughy.... since many of us got them when GRHarley put them on sale for ~$60.. it's really hard to say that $200 is a good price anymore...

but doing a quick scan on fleabay and google... it looks like the going price is going to be around $200... the list price was/is $275... and to be completely honest... I would categorize them as being a very good helmet at that price point.. after 8 months or so of use... I would say that this helmet is right up there with the RF1000 from Shoei...

one other thought is to consider looking at the KBC Magnum itself too... I think it's being discontinued and replaced with a newer model...Compacc.com has them on sale for $59-$99 in limited sizes depending on graphic you want.
