Buell XB9R Front Brake Switch

I just realized that my front brake light switch is not working (brake light works when pressing rear brake, but not front). Some research shows that the part may be the same as the Suzuki 57460-17C01 part. I just wanted to confirm that these parts are interchangeable before I waste any money on a part that won't work for me.

cant verify the numbers but I know I replaced mine with a suzuki part.

new brake switch is 26-28 bucks and change between newcastlehd.com and surdyke.com...P/N: Y0820.9, although the part number is from a Lightning, it's probably the same on the Firebolt
