I do remember my grandma talking about the nice "n****r" family that lived by her. Old people.... sigh.
I'm sorry to hear that. Both my grandmothers referred to the African Americans as "colored" neither ever used the "N" word. We have always left that up to the big mouthed white folks [up]

Thanks Cecilsan.. Android :(

Lesley... Oddly enough she meant no disrespect by it. She was just raised using that word.

I will be in OKC in a few months... no bike tho :(

Nice links. I've always wanted to ride Talimena Dr but haven't gotten around to it. Just rode down to the Wichita Mtns the other week, was fun riding up Mt Scott.

Going to Muskogee in early May for their Ren Faire, may hit up Lake Tenkiller then, looks awesome!

Oklahoma city and Norman native. Just picked up a buell. I have been riding with some guys from work. But would be happy to meet up with a buell out two for a ride.

some good roads east of Tulsa near Spavinaw/Jay area. Native, you from around Muskogee? I swear I saw your bike here in Tulsa a week or so ago.

Oh Thanks Cecilsan.. I like that app found some routes nearby I had not thought of before.
Loaded my ride( my stretch) today. I named it through the woods & my user name on it is NativeBuell.

ah man! I lived in Norman for a year (July2012-July2013). I wish I would have known so many buellers live there. I used to live on Melrose Dr.

If ya'll could do me a favor, go swing by "The Library" for a cold one and a chicken alfredo pizza. I miss it there!
