the rest of the parts just showed up! looks like the bike should be done tonight [up]
 
alright so im lost now, it wouldnt start at all and ive replaced the o2, ecm (race), tps, and the iat/maf/map sensor (what ever its called, the one thats next to the air filter... i switched back to my stock ecm with wolfs race map that also has 40 units of fuel added to the whole map and it would start up and idle great but as soon as you touch the throttle it kills it...i hooked up my computer to it and im not getting a signal from the tps but i dont know why because its a new tps sensor but it doesnt see it on either ecm....Im so aggravated and worn out with this bike i have no idea what to do [sad][down]
 
Ugh ...whoever had it before me put the tps on upside down lol, bikes running again :) and its still breaking up a little but I think it'll be good after it gets tuned

They build these buell lightning's like panzer tanks :D tho cuz ive but that poor girl through soo much. just hit 47000 miles and it's still a 10sec bike
 
ok so its at the tuner now and he says the maps are maxed out and its running really lean through mid and full throttle and its not getting fuel pressure so im assuming its the regulator cause the pump primes fine and ive driven the bike a bunch of times and it runs fine on light throttle. hes rigging something up to see what psi its getting but Im trying to figure out if theres a "universal" regulator of some sort that will work so I dont have to order on and wait days to get the bike back. any ideas? if i can get this figured out soon I may finally have a running bike...after almost 3 months of problems [mad]
 
well it seems this "adventure" is finally coming to an end...the tuner hooked up a injector cleaner machine that can set the fuel pressure and basically run them like the pump does so he set the pressure, starting pumping gas in it and apparently the bike ran like a bat outta hell on the dyno. Fuel pumps bad. I feel so stupid that I didnt think that that was the problem or even try testing it [mad]
 
ok so the mustang fuel pump worked but apparently one nipple on the pump is different and keeps pushing the line off or loosing pressure or something. he said hes going to take the whole rear off the bike and figure out some way to make it work since that was deff the problem. apparently the bottom of the gas tank was filled with some kind of black **** and that was ******* the pump up also...i wish i could find the guy that sold me this bike and beat the hell out of him[mad]
 
well I picked the bike up over the weekend, rode a little friday and today into work....wow this bike is fun!!! it has a few hiccups in first around 2500-3k and now and then but I figure itll clear up some if i put new plugs in cause im sure with how bad the fuel pump was and having it loaded up with fuel to keep it running the plugs are prolly all black and need to be replaced from running fat. Bike made 105whp too which im happy with :)[up]
