hey guys, new to the forum. I hope to join you guys on some cruises this summer, but first I need to give my 07 Blast a little TLC. I got it from a cousin, who got it on a craigslist trade, so i know little about it. The bike is running really rough. Judging by the smell og gasoline and the way it seems to choke at low and high rpm makes me think its rich. It runs very rough at idle and misfires and is low on power at lower RPM and also seems to "choke" at higher Rpm before where I estimate the redline to be. I also heard some pops on deceleration. Anyway, I have never worked on carburated bikes, i feel like it maybe just needs a little carb work. Does anyone in the area have a guy they can point me to that doesn't charge an arm and a leg?

Other than the engine, the friction zone is non existent, hoping to fix that as well. Anyway, see you guys soon.
