Yesterday I changed the oil in my primary after taking off the cover and finding frothy white oil on the inside off the cover[confused]
I replaced the fluid with Formula+ and adjusted the clutch and cable per the FSM.

My question though is with the bike not running and in gear, with the clutch in I cannot roll it and seems like it is still in gear. Is this normal? I rode it and it seems to feel fine when its running.

Another problem I have is when I'm on the road and coming to a stop, with the clutch in rpm's stay around 2k for maybe 10 seconds then slowly drops down to normal idle, which I think looks to be just over 1000rpm.
Is this most likely just need an idle adjustment? Would ecmspy help at all?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Bring your idle down to about 900-950 and see if that helps, as for the clutch, it is probly dragging a little, make sure you do the adjustments in the proper sequence, loosen cable all the way up, adjust clutch preload, then tighten cable up to leave a little slack at the clutch perch

I have an 2003 xb9r and my bike does the same things. I'm assuming something needs to be lubricated in order to freely move with the clutch engaged because if I start it then turn it of and pull the clutch and try to move it , it moves fine.
