Isn't there a video to adjust the clutch, in the gasket I mean. I just installed mine and it makes a VVVVVVVVvV noise in first and doesn't move in second is it too tight!?

Ok so I followed the steps on the manual, adjusted the tension so it's about a dimes space. Went into the gasket turned it counterclockwise and 1/4 turn clockwise. Put it back on. Pulled the clutch a few times. Tightened the clutch tension. Turn the bike on it shift but still makes that vvvvv noise. What am I missing here. Is something still to tight. What's up with this clutch man. Everything goes smoothly on but it just won't roll properly.

I'm looking at the other thread as well I take it it's just an adjusting thing. I've adjusting about 3 times now I just have to get it right. Going back and forth is a little frustrating.

Went into the gasket turned it counterclockwise and 1/4 turn clockwise what gasket?. Put it back on. Pulled the clutch a few times.
Tightened the clutch tension more? why?.
Turn the bike on it shift but still makes that vvvvv noise post a vid.
What am I missing here a clear description.

I'm so

Please use adjectives.

ok its a new York thing I guess...what I did
1. Put my cycle on a stand.
2. Moved the gear shift lever out of the way.
3. Loosened the clutch cable so the clutch lever has no tension.
4. Remove the clutch inspection cover.
5. Push the arm back towards the rear wheel.
6. Turn the adjusting screw counter-clockwise until it stops, then one quarter turn clockwise and replace the nut.
7. Replace the clutch inspection cover.
8. Tighten the clutch cable.
9. Squeeze the clutch lever several times.
10. Check the clutch cable free-play at the cable housing.
11. Tighten the locking nut and replace the rubber boot.

still have the same VVVV noise

When I shift into gear when the bike is on...ease off the clutch there's that noise and it's doesn't move I can shift it just doesn't move.

So:
Bike running... and in any gear... clutch in... is normal?

Release the clutch and theres some noise and the bike won't even creep forward?

Bike off... in gear...clutch out... will it roll?

"So you haven't checked or adjusted the chain tension?" ????

Take the 2 bolts out of the small inspection cover in the primary cover and see if the chain is broken.

When did this happen? While riding?

I watched the video... Is it a "New York thing" to also not answer questions?

I took the two bolts off nothing looks broken, this did happen while I was riding. The original clutch just snapped off at the lever. So I ordered a new one.

So you haven't checked or adjusted the chain tension?

If that primary chain is too tight, all kinds of funny stuff will happen. Worst case, just take tension off the chain and see if some of the issues subside.

Sounds like a overly tight primary chain

If you run that chain too tight for too long, you will damage stuff.

This is the primary chain. There is a small shoe on the bottom that applies tension to the chain. It attaches to the primary cover so its not shown here.

Here is the idea.

Your transmission is behind the big sprocket on the right (where it says "fill to here"). You have to split the engine case to access it. If that chain is run too tight and damages the transmission (think side loaded bearings) you will be in a whole world of hurt. The motor has to come out and be completely disassembled to access it.
