Clutch line rubber accordian boot cover: its smoldering/burning

I replaced my clutch cable a while back. I still have the old one laying around. PM me your address and I'll send you the boot off my old cable.
Don't worry about reimbursement. We buellers gotta look out for each other.
BTW I replace the cable because I broke the furrel that connects to the primary. DO
NOT PUT MUCH TORQUE ON THAT THING!
The boot that you need looks perfectly fine.
 
BTW I don't remember my clutch cable bracket coming down to the boot like yours does. Can you flip that thing to see if it gives you more clearance? You might have to loosen the clamp at the stabilizer bar(if that's what it's called) at the bottom of the cable in order to flip the braket and or adjust clearance.
LMK if you want my old boot. I just looked at it and it's in pretty good condition. No cracks no tears

In addition I've ordered a Honda clutch lever cover to protect primary against water.
