Compatible fork options for XB9s?

I am planning on completely switching out my forks, so I was wondering what would be possible to replace it with, if I could get a triple tree/fork set from a kawasaki 636, z1, yamaha 600 or r1, or any other sports bike.

Main reason for the desired change is cause the current forks I have are corroded, previous owner left it out in the rain for who knows how long :upset:

If it were me I wouldn't drift too far off OEM equipment when it comes to front suspension on a Buell.

Even if you can find forks with the right diameter and length, you will still have to change brakes and wheels as well.

Or just take yours off and clean them.
