This knucklehead I guess thought he would bypass the traffic, then found himself stuck in wet concrete. As I was driving past, he was walking back towards his car followed by about 10 construction crew members who needless to say looked extremely pissed off!!!

You can tell the concrete was already starting to cure because you can see the tracks where he first landed on the concrete and was driving on it. But as soon as he got out towards the middle where the moisture still was, he sunk like the Titanic!
