Cross Country Ride on XB12R

i used to have a suzuki bandit and did a couple 400 mile trips. it had more of an upright riding position similar to the xbs, but i still found myself getting sore. call me crazy but i feel more comfortable on my xbr.
with that said i did ride a friends 2010 street glide today and i felt like i was riding a sofa. the radio would definitely be a huge plus on a long trip as well.

I have a 07xb2r and after a few months of long riding ive noticed my right knee gets sore and i develope pain and stiffness at my right hip and top of my right foot at my ankle. Sometimes i have to ride with my right legs skimming the ground if i dont take a break. I actually may trade my buell in for a nightrod, i dont want to! But my body cant take it anymore. Im 6'2" 170lbs with 2" dropped pegs and a lowered corbin seat.

Get a Baldwin gel memory foam seat upgrade. Its the only way!
Actually I'm having that done to my XB9R seat. $82 shipped back. Wish I would have done it before last week but thankfully my butt wasn't all sore when I got home. Wouldn't want to do too many of those rides back to back.
