Thanks for all the interest!! We have the final CAD drawings and and have been sent out for bids. We have two bids pending right now. One out of Texas and one out of Cali. Looks like the Cali guys is a little easier to work with and has qouted us a better price. He is planing on doing a trial run for us in clear acrylic. Since we are all picture whores, here is the final CAD drawings with at little surprise at the end.

Sounds like they are going to cut me a prototype tomorrow. He said he will try and get it sent out to me tomorrow evening. So I should have a product to test fit in about a week.
