well I got her pieced back together today, she is not back like she was (yet) mostly stock parts because I found them cheap and aftermarket stuff will come later when I have time to order it.
my little bit of rash is healing nicely too

rode for about an hour tonight, felt a little funny at first but I'll get past the shakes tomorrow.
the important part is I got back up got back on and rode

I was a little sketched out too when I got back on mine. Took a few weeks before that went away. Glad to see your good to go.

yea it just feels awkward, I cant describe it other than a lack of confidence
I know that the wreck wasn't my fault and I could do nothing to stop it from happening other than predict the future but I keep replaying it in my head thinking about what I should have done different. even though everybody who has gone over the info is amazed at how well I handled the bike and the situation I still feel out of place on the bike.
that has become an all out insecurity on the bike, I just need to ride it out (like walking it off) and I need to do it soon before I find anymore excuses not to ride and wind up scared of my own bike. the weather is colder and rainy on and off with wind advisory's,
but maybe its just time to MAN UP
I have only done about 80 miles since my wreck and subsequent re-build on sunday, anybody that knows me is well aware of how few miles that is for me. I have done just over 8k in the year I have owned this bike.

I know if I put it away this season with that hesitation in the back of my mind I will have a very hard time getting back on in the spring.

so here is to a wheelie tonight to get my confidence back up

You are absolutely right. Just like if I don't log another 300 miles before the season ends I'll kick myself this winter as I sit on my bike making engine sounds.

hell it feels like winter know ifg it warms back up cherry and i plan on a tunnel of tree ride.
We went for a short cold ride today she is handling the lightening-bolt well

RT where is a good place for a ride like that?
I want to ride and shoot one when the leaves start to fall off the trees.
