Drummer muffler tip diameter

Does anyone know what size tip is on a drummer muffler for an xb?

The drummer is also just an empty can right, similar to a hawk? Why do so many people use hawk and not drummer? Price? Drummer seems to be a really well made muffler.

Price is a big driver I'm sure... I thought the Drummer had some perimeter packing but mainly hollow. There's some pics out there somewhere of one taken apart.

Makes sense I guess if they are nearly the same thing but one is much cheaper. Gotta say though the drummer quality appears to be significantly better. Nothing against the hawk but they are definitely not on the same level as far as quality/craftsmanship from the pictures I've found on google.

Anywho....my main thing I'm trying to find out is does anyone know what size tip is on a drummer?

I have the original Drummer w/alloy end-cap on my Ulysses and the stainless version on my XB12 lightning.. the OD is 2.5" and the ID is 2.25" on both

I'm not sure if those diameters are 12 specific, but something tells me they are from a tuning standpoint as Kevin wanted to know if I had a 12 or 9s before the SS version build
