Curious, any impressons or comments about these tires? Aside from the horrible name they give them which I'm sure is killing their sales, all I have read thus yet has been great things.

Looking for those who actually have owned or still owns a set. PLEASE lets not post "Buy these XXX" brand. Looking for info ON THESE TIRES.

Hey, thanks for that link. Just when I thought I read all the reviews that's one I haven't seen yet.

I'm a fair weather biker lol, but if I were to get caught in the rain (it has, and will continue to happen I'm sure) I'd like a tire that can handle it. That's the first review that spoke that much about it's wet weather capabilities. The other reviews I've read focused on it's cornering traction, and that's what I been wanting to hear about.

I'm close to pulling the tripper on a set of these, just wanted real world feed back from Buellers.

i have nothing bad to say about them.milage is about the same as the pirelli.heat up fast enough for me.i have complete confidence taking them to the shoulder of the tire.i have had them in some pretty heavy rain and they performed well.

Great tyres on a Uly if you use it for a mix of commuting / trips. I went through 7 rear Pirelli Synchs after the original Dunlop 616 and while I liked them for wear / grip I had a lot of punctures with them. That may have been just sheer bad luck but the Synchs are pretty thin.
I switched to the Roadsmarts on an interstate trip when I couldn't get the Synchs and they have been very good. I got 10,000km from the first rear and that included 1,000km of two-up with luggage. The second rear has 9,500km on it and looks like going well past the 10,000km mark.
No hesitation in recommending them. [up]

This is my first rear with about 9,500km - still has a reasonable profile considering the harder centre section.

Great tire have them on my xb9 rear went 10k front still ok about 13k on it now.
Great side bite good in the rain.
The softer side compound wears a bit fast if you curve a lot
But the give you cofidance and the center still grips well and wears like iron.

Thanks for the feed back fellas!

I'll be commuting back and forth too work, on the weekends I'll be looking for twisty roads. I wanted a Sport tire, these are geared for "Sport Touring". A huge compromise in corning power verses say a Michelin ct2 that everyone is raving about?

I'm on the fence about rear tire size too.

Not good in the snow. Not even a little bit.

Several thousand miles in central Iowa. Slight flat spot on the rear. The tires are more capable than I am, except on cold asphalt. More than once I have gotten a neat drift when powering out of a corner. But it was like 40* F out. I have been caught in a couple rainstorms and never felt like the tires were not capable. I would recommend these.
