Dyno-Boost ?

Has anyone ever used or seen this Dyno Boost Performance Chip before? Does it work? sounds interesting..
If you go to Ebay and type buell dyno in and it will come up

It sure looks impressive. The large HP gains are hard to belive. Had my 06 9 dyno tuned at JTS Performance with pipe, ecm, air-box mods, and had a true rear wheel of 82.92 HP at 6950rpm. Just my view.
