ecmspy question

Hey guys had a quick question. My fan never comes on except when I shut it off. Always been that way. So went to test it on ecmspy. Click diagnosis and it runs and the test makes it to about 30% and then stops. Like it looses transmission to it. Any ideas about what's going on or if everything is normal.

Also what's the other plug under the seat for? I know the one I use is for ecmspy. What the other one for? Its located under the seat on the turn signal selector side.

There is a Trickle Charger on that side for when you want to charge the battery without having to take it out.

Does it look like a Trickle Charger plug?

It says lost transmission or something in the bottom left corner. But ecm spy is still conected. Anyone know what's supposed to happen when I hit run diagnostic? The fan turns on and it makes it to 30% and then it just goes back to like I never really hit the buttom.

No it doesnt, it looks almost like the plug for the ecm spy. I took a picture but when I try and upload it the file is to large...
