anyone have any info on bigger cams for a 06 xb

The guy in the service dept. at Harley, that races Buells almost every weekend. Said, "Use the stock cams, just do some head port and polish."

I asked him what about when I put my 88ci bigbore kit on? He said, "Stock cams. You'll have a hard time keeping the bottom end together if you get crazy with your cams." He's raced and entire season before on a stock XB9 motor.

i find stuff like this hard ta come by in australia
was talking to dris from v twin in holland about a 1425cc kit but the aussie dollar against the euro would make it a very expensive project
what and how much of a difference has the 88 made is it worth the dollars??????

I've not installed the 88ci kit. It should make quite a diffrence, it's 1450cc. With some bigger injectors and head work it should be stomping.

The kits cost $1k-1500. Case machine work less than $200, plus other rebuild cost.
