Exhaust advice

Where can I get a good exhaust for my 2005 xb12. Any suggestions what to buy?

As I'm sure you've noticed, the guys on this board are huge on hawk. Good product, and very affordable.

I would suggest you stay away from Jardine. Nobody seems to have really positive experiences with their products on Buells.

I, and a few other boys on the board, use the GB exhaust. While it isn't the cheapest option, and it does require that you ride without a chin fairing (which I actually prefer, anyway), I think I can speak for all of us in saying that it's an excellent product. George is a stellar guy, the exhaust performs excellently, and it looks great. That's just my two cents, though.

Leamyp, you have a lot of options. If you want looks, hawks, rule out the hawk. Drummer is a great pipe. Best quality and best sound. If you want sound, get a D&D. If you want shiny and loud, get a jardine. If you want front exit, get a Bomber pipe.

or you can always just do a custom exhaust like im going to do soon. u just use the stock can and modify similar to a hawk or drummer. and its cheaper!

Thanks for the advice.
Talking to Randy now and hoping he'll ship me a hawk to England. Any ideas what is best to partner it with? K&N? Piper Cross? eb racing ECM? Remap mine? Any ideas would be welcome.
I know I sound a bit dim but hey buell is new to me n this is definitely the best source of advice. P.S it's an 05 12r

I got a spare xb12 stock exhaust that I can mail to Randy @ HAWK performance exhaust for ya. Its in decent condition. Just put a HAWK on mine and I couldn't be happier
