I agree I have the bike currently apart to do duch a mod and spring is approaching fast. Special ops seems to be square one but the most important factor (Filter) is yeet to be discovered... [confused]

A Speed shop like Honest Charleys(Calif.) Summit Racing, Catalog stuff like that I have one on my 1970 SS Chevelle, But a little improvise will do . as far as making it fit a soft or thin piece of rubber Maybe a Fernco(Plumbing)Black/rubber coupling with clamp just an idea. A stainless small Velocity stack! so many options.[up]

The key is to keep the velocity stack. Also the way the BUELL intake is its hard to find a velocity stack to match.

Sorry for the late reply. The kit is old, from 2007 :)
I just added the Torque Hammer exhaust with a custom mapped ECM from twinmotorcycles in Holland. My bike has never run smoother than now.

All the diameters and the lengths have to be the exact same as the fast intake in order to get the same power output. Is it possible to gain more than the fast intake through experimentation yes, but it will take dyno time. Anything else beside the exact specs as the fast and it's a shot in the dark or looking for a needle in a haystack. We really need the exact measurements with a vineir or micrometers. Length, height, wall thickness, filter diameter at the base, top and filter height. It would also be nice to have a port built in the side of the intake tract for the air intake temp sensor to mount and make it a little cleaner set up.

I have but no one will take the time out to take theirs off and measure it so the rest of us may be able to make our own. It's more than frustrating that people on this site have them but no one has been willing to help for several years now!!!!!!!!

I know this is an very old thread, but it seams like it is activity again regarding the FAST intake. I have one and could try to help you guys if you tell me that to do to help. I am definitely not an mechanic so if it isnt a lot of work to help you out I could try to do so.
Have anyone tried to get a reach of the guys who originally made the intake system?
