Doesn't seem too hard to make, the led strip is around 140 or something and you need two resistors or somethin that are 10 bucks a piece and then just trim the tail down... I like blaylock1988 the way he did with leaving the original tail light mount there and filling it with the lightning decal piece. He has a video on youtube showing it off. The only tough part for me would be knowing how to wire it.

The led strip I bought is in 3 sections, so i've ordered 3 resistances. It cost me around 90$ for everything
Here's a picture with the center section "full on"

Can you add a link to where you bought it? Does that one have the amber light it too so you can run the blinkers through it?

I too would like to toss my hat in as someone who'd like to buy a finished tail section like this. I don't think I could fab one of these on my first try. These look great!

Im not sure what the going rate would be for one of these, but maybe ill fab up my spare tail piece,(when i have time) and put it on here so one of you guys can have one.

Looks good! I don't have the metalwork experience to weld up a flat piece, I sure wish I could though. It's great seeing all the different variations. I did mine as two halves instead of 3 sections. Mine is probably a bit harder to wire up in that fashion.

EDIT:
g3stripes, that muffler looks loud as hell!
