Definitely whole tail made by myself, white carbon wrapping, akrapovic exhaust and H4 Dual Beam Xenon light!
To be honest I like all the mods ... and there is still a few to come ...

CWK what akra did you use and how is the sound?

The Lunasee ASL 1000. The first "mod" I did to my bike two years ago.
I did this because, at the time, I was commuting a lot while it was dark outside and wanted a way to be more visible, but I didn't want to do the "light up everything with LED's" route.
This has made a major difference at night, and the cool factor is, well, cool.

Exhaust gutting - sounds like a twin and not a sewing machine!

Also carbon style tank decals and blacking out inserts on hard cases and chin fairing.

Its a toss up. The race pipe so far has been the best mod simply because it fixed the torque feel and sound on my bike so much. Next would be the RSS because even in the crazy temps around here it seems to work wonders. On top of all that though my favorite have been the Vibranator bar ends. They have completely eliminated the vibration in my bars and I don't get that hand numbness I would get every morning on my way into work.

replacing the stock handle bars for Renthal Ultra Low's...gave it a lower, wider, more aggressive stance, better feel of control over the bike and lost the feeling of my elbows digging into my ribs with the stock bars

I liked my firebolt with a 200mm rear. gave it more junk in the trunk. but the other mods I did b/c I liked them too

Yes I have done alot to mine as well D&D exhaust, Dobeck TFI, EBR ecm, EBR race rotor, RSS, K&N air filter, but I have to say my favorite was the D&D exhaust it sounds amazing, how does the Keda sound is it the same as D&D but in stainless?

It's a little more muted, they don't put anything in the cans, I do. If you hear it ringing a little like it's hollow, that's why.

Its seems like no one does the big bore kits. Anyone got any experience with them, or does anyone want to talk about them. All the post you find on good old google have been there a long time.
