Favorite Mod, and why?

Whats your favorite mod that you have done to your Buell and why. It can be performance, handling, or looks. If your have a pic of the mod put it up. Thanks and I will enjoy discussing this with everyone.

This is a tough one...

The few that I have enjoyed most have been the best bang for your buck mods. Those would be my Renthal bars and my RSS for me. Each of those were only between $50-70 and brought significant results.

Of course, exhaust is up there for me. It "de-tractorfied" my XB!

Underseat flame thrower... aka head gasket going out.

Not really but that was my catalyst for swapping the 9 pistons in. I probably liked my cr front more though.

My custom colored rims. Other than that just standard mods.

slight drop in mpg, decent gain in power. Never had it on a dyno to see how much but it is noticeable.

I changed my mind, my paint job is my favorite lol(British racing green). Makes it stand out even more from other bikes.

Excellent thread! I would have to say it was the exhaust with custom map. Louder, faster and smoothed out first gear.....and the clubman coming in a close second. J2 that green and gold looks awesome

favorite mod would be either the custom Cadillac pearl white with satin clear paint and custom decals or the beautiful keda rt3..

To me, my Firebolt was damned near perfect, in it's original form; but the LED lights cleaned up the ass end and the Hawk exhaust alowed it to sing and shout like the American thoroughbred that it is.
