Finally got a 1125r !!!

hey all, i just picked up my 09 1125r with 1300 miles, ive always loved the way these bikes have looked but i really fell in love when i rode one. I am wanting to know what some of the best performance mods are as well.

Best performance mod, EBR's race ecm and one of these.

Need more performance? Engine mods, ie; 1190 upgrade, cams, etc.

Very nice!I remember those anniversary Trans Am's back in the day, the blue on white always looks good. Didn't they come with blue rims as well?

thanks guys! and yes they did come with blue wheels, mine is actually a 2002 ws6 with the 30th anniversary striping kit (and other blue accents) i would really like to pick up the "ram air" air box that you can get off trojan horse and paint the scoops blue then it would really match my car!!

Man that is the best looking 1125 i have seen. Don't get me wrong, I love my black 09 1125R but good god that looks flawless. Great buy! Nice T/A as well! I would grab either a Keda RT exhaust or any exhaust for that matter. Also, look on the Erik Buell Racing site for their Racing ECMs. If you choose one of the exhaust systems from the drop down list, then you can have a Race ECM to go with your exhaust. Mind if I ask how much you got it for?

ok this is where it gets good...for me lol my father is a harley dealer and we picked it up at an auction, it was miss marked as an XB12 so i picked it up for.......get this....$4600! it is a 1 owner and came with all the service records and of course has a clean title so when we got it in and i HAD to buy it

^haha... the wheels are actually C6 z06 deep dish as far as mods to the car go, not much lid, throttle body, K and N, TSP 1 7/8 headers into a 3 inch catless Y pipe, 3 inch exhaust tuned by SRE

on the performance side, what is the pipe pictured earlier in the thread??? is that the RT3??? i am stuck between the RT3 and the RT4

Same here haha I like the looks of both but as far as I know they are both close in performance and the price difference since the rt3 about 350-400 less than the rt4
