witch one would you recomend, i understand this would be like choosing the favorite of your children but i want the best performing exhaust you provide for the money??? either way i would be buying one of your systems, they are highly recomended from what i hear[up]

Bang for the buck, RT-3. Performance is pretty much the same for them all, within a couple of HP. It's really a matter of what you want it to look like and what you want to spend. I priced them according to materials and time required to build.

The RT-4 hit 137 on it's 2nd pull at EBR last year in June, no tuning other than their standard race calibration. It needed a bit more fuel from what I recall. They target about 12.8:1 or so for max power and it was a bit leaner than that. The drummer pipe they had on the bike maxed out at 137 after about 4-5 hours of tuning using the exact same bike.

EBR has a tune available for the RT-3, on their dyno, it hit 143 hp at the wheel. I think the full system they sell made 144-145 on the same motor.

thank you very much you have been very helpfull it is settled i will get the rt3 with the ebr ecm tuned for the rt3....im hoping it will wake the bike up quite abit!!!!

Assuming yours makes the average of 125 hp at the wheel, you should see at least a 15+ hp gain, possibly more. Average torque gain was 10 ft/lbs I think, and that's pretty much across the board. The shootout last year showed those gains with incorrect fueling, so with their tune it will be smoother and better.

It's not quite finished yet, but this is the slimmed down version of the RT-4. It may not be released as it is since I'm not sure of the performance just yet. Will need to do some testing, although I'm fairly confident that it will do just fine. 6 different designs for 2 bikes/motors and all of them showed a gain, some as high as 15% over stock.

This one will be mine, so no, you can't have it...

After a while if my RT-5 goes to shoot I will definitely be grabbing one of these. You do great work! Even though I don't have ur exhaust, I will when the time comes.

No, pricing will stay the same if it all works out for performance. Material costs are pretty much the same anyway except for the 1.88" tubing, that doubled on me since I bought 18 gauge instead of 16.

If the RT-4 didn't take so long to build, I'd sell them cheaper.

^ get a few chinese foster kids and make an assembly line! Then maybe I will get it sooner! :)

Which one? There's plenty of clearance with side panels and the bellypan if you get the RT-3. Probably won't fit with any of the others without modding the bellypan. An actual chin spoiler, yeah, it should fit them all from what I can tell, although I've never mounted one up. Everything I make is smaller than stock up at the front end, so it should fit just fine.

As is, $1013 shipped. Normal price is $899, $35 for shipping, $79 for polishing. I send them out to get the polish. I did this one just because it's mine and I have the stuff here to do it. I hate polishing though, almost sent it out anyway.

Ballpark time to build, maybe 9-10 hours. I'm about 4 weeks out right now, that can change daily depending on orders that come in.
