first ride of the season

last monday it got up to 60 degrees here in west central illinois and i desided to take the bolt out for a spin. it has been on a tender since november and not started all winter. checked the oil, which needs changed, the tires, battery and brakes. she fire right up. let her warm up a bit and i got all geared up. it was only a short 15 mile ride but it was worth it. didnt get to crazy incase something was off or not working. at about mile 12 i opened her up to 85. it was like i never put her up. now it needs to keep warm. ill miss ice fishing with my son but daddy needs to get out on 2 wheels in order to get rid of his cabin fever.

yea I can't wait to get mine out up here in northern illinois. but we got another 2 inches of snow last night [mad]

I feel u, here in ohio it was 70 yesterday, and today its 20 and snowing. REALLY!

im in wissconsin now. go figure. i will be heading home soon. temp are suppose to be in the 70's come next week.

Yeah same here! Rode the other day. It was about 70 and more snow yesterday. I am in ohio also fishxb12
