First Ride Today

I had my first ride today on the roads. . . It was amazing man I can't wipe the smile off my face. Rolled into the throttle at about 60 in 5th and rode it up to 110 and backed off. Can't believe how fast it feels on a bike. I used to street race winding back roads in cars and had no issue drifting and power sliding turns, but this is a whole new animal. Now I just have to pass my license road test.

I can't wait to see how dropping to third and getting it will feel. I have some time, this bike scares the dog **** out of me. Oddly though I get the most nervous going slow through parking lots.

I remember my first ride on my Buell. I just rode in a industrial park after work hours and the bike scared the crap out of me with how much power it had. Mind you my previous bike was a Kawasaki KLX 300 dirtbike. Now it feels really slow and I wish my Buell was faster.
