Hey guys,

I have an FMF Apex pipe on my 09 1125Cr along with a preprogrammed ECM for the FMF pipe that I would like to sell. I would really like to trade both for a Keda pipe and Keda ECM. This pipe is in perfect condition as far as I can tell and sounds great. I am selling because I love the design of the Keda dual pipes and the sound seems to be louder than the FMF.

I do not have a price set as of now. I need to find a Keda pipe/ECM first. I just wanted to post this up and get some people looking and interested.

Thanks!

When I 1st bought the bike it had 2100 miles on it. The pic below is 2 weeks after I bought it and I just wrapped the headers.

This was taken several weeks ago. The odometer says 4367 on it now. Pipe hasn't changed a bit. I bought it back in June.

Let me know what you think of your new pipe
Love it thus far! I'm waiting for the race ECM to be reflashed from his R to my Cr so the calibration won't be off, but I fired it up yesterday with the stock ECM and it sounds like a bike should. Real nasty :) it sounds real smooth. It doesn't "spat." Real low, smooth, rumble that literally makes the ground vibrate, probably due to the outlets being turned down. I'm super stoked to get the race ECM on it!

Just a fyi, when I started building these, I was after a very specific sound. You now know what it was I wanted. Nothing else out there for 1125's sounds exactly like it, and to me, the RT-4 probably sounds the best. The one you have would be my 2nd choice for the way it sounds.

For all out racing, I'd get an RT-3 though.

Also, they all do the ground vibrating thing. :)

And the sound is great! A very deep, solid, smooth, rumble. Spits out a nice flowing exhaust sound with no "spats" or other odd sounds. I haven't ridden it yet, so I haven't heard how it sounds on the road. I just fired it up with the stock ECM. I can't wait for the properly tuned ECM to be on it! I wonder how it'll sound then? :) I would imagine that your RT-3 must be near a straight pipe design, correct? I still plan on purchasing one of those in the future for fun. The paint isn't going to hold as it's starting to flake around the primaries already. I expected this for the most part. I did buy some white XPW header wrap good for up to 2000 degrees that I'm going to wrap the exhaust with and then shoot some silver silicone spray on top of it for extra protection and shine. I think it'll look sharp! Wish I could find my heat shield! Lost it awhile ago and haven't been able to find it.
