Well to make sure no one else did anything with Buell, HD sold EVERYTHING to include the damn desks out of the factory. Now it is a financial nightmare to bring Buell back to the marketplace. Atlest before that goddamned sale a company could buy the manufacturing process.

so i went to the career fair at my university today. The harley guys still wear a buell patch on their shirt. I questioned them about it and they said yea i wonder when they will take them off. They also added they were sad to see it shut down and they liked buells. They are also not hiring full time engineers, only co-ops. Must not be doing very good if they can only afford co-ops to do all their work.

So Harley killed Buell and they did it why?!?!?!?! To bring in a Korean manufacturer into their dealerships!! WTF is that all about? I don't get it. Buell took a while, but it was finally grabbing a piece of the market and they killed it ti bring in Hyosong or however you spell it... amazing. Glad I dumped the Harley and kept both of my Buells. There will be a garage sale featuring Chinese made Harley crap this weekend.

That is not a Harley corporate deal. Corporate Harley does not support the decision. Its a deal between some dealers and ATK, which is an american company who will be using some parts from hyosung in korea.

I used to live and breathe HD and was one of those fools that bought into the whole "I'll pay anything for a Harley because it's American". Older and wiser now and got me an REAL original: 2009 Buell CityX. These HD screwballs kill their baby brother then want to adopt a foreign one. HD will never make up for their loss because new paint colors, cookie cutter styling and more chrome accessories made in China doesn't make up for the outrageous prices HD demands.

I hope HD gets so far into the hole, they are eventually forced to sell off to BRP and Buell comes back with a fiery vengeance!
