I did a quick search, but couldnt find anything, what is the difference in the 6mm, and 5mm brake rotors from ebr, obviously size, but which is better? Also, anyone have a good site to get them off of cheap?

They are pretty cheap off EBR if you ask me. I bought the 5mm and like you suggested, other than thickness, there is no real difference. The 6mm is thicker, and would be less likely to warp I suppose, the 5mm is lighter... That's about it, either are much larger than the stock rotor though. I can post pics if you like.

The stock one is supposed to be 5 mm I think. Wear limit is 4.5 mm. The warping you feel is probably just brake deposits on the rotor, it's common. The 6 mm rotor is one pound heavier than the 5 mm. I think both rotors from ebr are "wave" style rotors with extra cutouts to aid in cooling.
