My 1125CR has just under 11K miles. When I brake hard at freeway speed the front wheel vibrates as I increase the bake pressure and I can feel it in the brake lever. The dealer checked the rotor runout and everything was in spc. Anyone else have this problem? It also occurs a really slow speed before I stop. The front brake tends to grab and release ever so slightly. IT makes you look and feel like a real cluck when you come to a stop!

Im having the same issue on my lightning. I hear if you take brake cleaner and a scotch brite pad to the rotor, it will clean any residue allows a smoother stop. Also clean the free floating hardware

Either your rotor is warped OR your inner floater springs are in need of replacement. First bleed your front brakes & check the Wheel Bearings for smoothness and no wobble. The rotor can warp easily if not having smooth Steady application of the front brake is used for stopping.
Once stopped always stay back a few feet from your true stopping area of interest(in Traffic) this way you can edge up and release the Energy(Heat)from the orignal stopping position on the Rotor and caliper letting the heat dissapate so warpage doesnot occur as fast.
11'000.miles is usually early for warpage and pull and release to much in stop and go traffic w/out using the rear Brakes just as much puts too much on the brakes when traffic riding occurs. Try to check your Drive rotor bushings & the front rotor springs.
NOTE make sure to have a Hand impact hammer(Manual Type) to remove the Rotor bolts to make the bolts easy to remove. This way you won't be snapping the bolt off in the wheel housing you will need the hand impact on several areas of the bike anyways.
Please remove the Wheel before you try to do this so no damage Occurs to any other parts of your machine.Check your Bearings as well for wear and if you haven't replaced them yet then it's right at the mileage to do so.
IT is a proper practice to replace the Bolts after removal on Wheels and the rear pulley. One[Drop] of loctite(blue)(medium) per bolt about halfway up the bolt NOT the end will keep the New ones from backing out.Clean out all of the old Sealant before you install new hardware. Good Luck.*Jimi
