Purchased the hardware from diesel moto. https://www.dieselmoto.com/collections/brakes/products/front-rotor-installation-kit

Bike hasn't been on the track since I've installed that rotor. Next event is Sears Point.

EBR isn't out of stock. According to them as of 05/20 they have plenty, but haven't put them together in kits. Order one and they will put it together and send it to you right away.
